Where can I download the Revitalize Charging Solutions Mobile App?

The RCS Mobile app can be downloaded from the Itunes store App Store  or Google play store.


Is there a charge to use the Revitalized Charging Solutions charging app or website locator?

There is no charge to use the Revitalized Charging Solutions mobile app or website locator.


How can I setup my favorite stations for quick access using the "Add Station" option?

You can add a station by logging into the RCS app > Select Add Station > Drag the pin to where you would like to add the station > Select next and fill out all the station details > Select submit.


Why do I need to setup a Revitalize Charging Solutions Account?

Revitalized Charging Solutions require you to setup an account so you can save information and access it from any device that  has the RCS application installed.  Also, if you like to add stations, favorites, or profile information an account must be created.


Is my data protected or sold?

Revitalize Charging Solutions takes data and privacy serious.  All data collected is stored on secure servers and never sold to any third party companies. 


What is a Level 2 Charger?

Level 2 chargers supplies 240V and up to 26 miles of range per hour.  Level 2 chargers allows for a wide range of charging speeds.  They are commonly found in homes and in commercial establishments.


What is the RCS Community Program?

We partner with the community by installing our Level 2 EV charging stations at your business, college, or municipality and in return we share some of the revenue with you. You provide the power for the EV charging station and we will provide the Level 2 EV charging station and ongoing maintenance. It is a win, win for the community and America.

What's your refund policy?

Refunds for fees that are determined to be erroneous will be made to a user’s credit card or RCS account if the user is charged for RCS unit usage that has not taken place and the user is able to reasonably prove that this usage has not taken place within 30 days of the charge event. If a member disputes a credit card charge direct with their credit card company, their RCS membership account will be suspended for the period of the dispute, unless the dispute is tied to a claim for an erroneous fee from an RCS unit that has been proven by the user and accepted by Revitalize Charging Solutions.
